Goat Yoga- Herding Havoc Style

Never done yoga? Cool. Do it every day? Cool. Think you’re “too coordinated” for this? The goats will fix that.

This all-levels class requires zero experience and 100% willingness to be judged by goats. Come stretch, breathe, and attempt to find inner peace while our goats steal your mat, and absolutely refuse to respect personal space.

Our instructors will guide you through the flow like absolute pros… while the goats do whatever chaotic nonsense they feel called to do that day. Expect laughter, mild chaos, surprise cuddles, and at least one moment where you question your life choices (in the best way).

This is not peaceful yoga. This is Herding Havoc Yoga — where balance is optional and chaos is guaranteed.

This class lasts 60 minutes. Please bring your own yoga essentials, such as a mat and water bottle. We will supply cleaning items for any mess that may occur. Interested in…
